Opening the new route with competitive prices just ahead of the high season gives Air Italy confidence it can gain market share from only other airline on the route, THAI. Air Italy also aims to compete with other airlines operating from Singapore to Paris or Milan. In February, it announced a new phase of growth and development as well as its new name Air Italy. In March 2018, the airline started operations as Air Italy. From its Olbia Costa Smeralda hub, Air Italy has year-round scheduled services to Rome, Milan Linate and seasonal ones to a wide range of domestic and regional destinations.
